Wendie L. Kellington
Attorney at Law
Wendie Kellington is known in Oregon and nationally for her
expertise with regulated industries. She is general counsel for the USA subsidiary of a wind turbine manufacturing company. She provides hearings officer services for clients and is a former referee and Chief
Referee for Oregon's Land Use Board of Appeals, writing hundreds of
opinions on development related issues. She has represented
landowners with projects ranging from a few acres to several
thousand. Her experience in land development and construction
projects includes managing cases in complex and politically focused
governmental processes, as well as before administrative tribunals
and appellate courts.
